  1. Cut the butter into small pieces and put it in the freezer.
  2. Measure the fat into a bowl and put it in the freezer.
  3. Measure the flour and sift. Salt and put in the freezer.
  4. Measure out about 2 cups of water, add ice, and place in the freezer.

Wrap it in clear plastic wrap and return it to the refrigerator. Refrigerate for at least an hour or up to a day before baking. You can pre-make the dough and freeze it if you cook it for more than a day.
  10. Once the dough has rested, cut it into equal parts and roll it into an 8-inch diameter circle. You can use an 8" diameter pie pan to keep the same size. The key here is to get the thickness of the crust you want. It should be about 1/4 inch or a little less.
  11. Grease the inside of the cake with butter. Place a thin layer (1 slice thick) of vegetables in the middle of the dough, leaving 1/2 inch from the edges, and sprinkle with cheese. Scoop out the meat with an ice cream scoop, placing 1 scoop in the center of the vegetables and pressing down. more vegetables Sprinkle meat with vegetables and cheese.
