  11. 2 tablespoons salt
  12. 2 tablespoons fresh black pepper
  13. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  14. 4 medium yellow potatoes
  15. 2 bay leaves
  16. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps to make Thai Chicken Curry

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes about 1.5 inches
  2. Cut the peppers into pieces, remove the seeds.
  3. Cut the onion into 1.5 cm cubes.
  4. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces

  10. Add pepper, second can coconut milk, remaining fish sauce (2 tablespoons) and one teaspoon lemon juice. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the peppers reach the desired consistency.
  11. Serve with any delicious rice. I like basmati rice, but any rice is good. Not instant rice !!!
