  1. Wash and Soak rice and dal for overnight
  2. In morning drain rice and dal, grind it with ginger-garlic- chilli to make a fine paste.
    Add very little water while grinding. We need idli batter like consistency.
  3. Finely Chopped all vegetables and keep them aside.
  4. Whisk prepared batter for 2-3 minutes then add salt and eno powder. Mix well.
  5. Heat nonstick pan. Grease with oil then pour 1&1/2 ladle batter onto the pan. Spread chopped vegetables over it. Keep the flame on low. Cook and cook for 2 minutes or till it looks cooked from the top. Spread few drops of oil over it and Flip the Uttapam, cover and cook for another a minute.
  6. Similarly make all Uttapam. Serve hot with coconut chutney and green chutney. Enjoy 😊
