In one part add spinach paste,in second part add beetroot paste and nothing add in 3rd part.keep it white. Mix well all parts separately and make soft dough. Make dough of white portion with sufficient water. Cover all and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilli, ginger and garlic and saute. Add onion saute till translucent. Add all chopped vegetables and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt,Black pepper powder and soy sauce and mix everything well. Off the flame.
  5. Take prepared dough of all purpose flour. Make small sized poori from all colors of flour. Stuff 1 tsp of vegetables mixture in all colors of poori. And make any shape of moons.
