Instructions for making dum biryani with chicken

  1. Cut and wash the potatoes, add some yellow food, fry in oil and set aside while cooking.
  2. Finely chop the onion, then add a little cornstarch, grate extra and fry until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, pretzels, any dry ingredients and mix, mix, then add the chicken pieces.
  4. Marinate the chicken for 3 hours, then heat the oil, then add the marinated chicken, fry after a few minutes. When done, chop the potatoes, chicken, sauce or stew.
  5. Grease with ghee in a large skillet and spread bay leaf on top, cook the rice at the same time
